​This is your time. We will navigate your own roadblocks. We can use this time to work through the IE principles, deal with specific struggles, and/or do some customized movement tailored to you.

"Get Out Of Your Head & Into Your Body" Hour
Join other Body Trust Reset clients for a weekly group Zoom that will center around different ways we can practice tuning into our body's signals. Experiences might include meditations, yoga, stretching, and strengthening exercises (applicable to all levels, minimal equipment required), breathing exercises, nervous system regulation, journaling. I will hold space for you to practice the embodiment skills that are so essential to Intuitive Eating, and provide opportunities to explore which modalities work best for you while at the same time allowing you to enjoy the support of a community of women who are "in it" with you.

This is for you if...
*You don't need or want to address the food stuff, but want a trainer who isn't just doling out plans without consideration for your needs and goals. You want to feel seen, supported, and understood--not given cookie cutter workouts that don't move the needle on your fitness goals or accommodate your individual limitations.

*You want the food stuff, AND you want personalized plans and guidance for building strength, endurance, and/or flexibility without the full package commitment. Training is totally customizable and can include anything from learning or improving technique for barbell lifts to using dumbbells and bands, running your first ever mile or 5k, or unlocking the keys to building and maintaining a simple habit of moving your body. No special equipment or experience required.

When you reach the end of your coaching experience, you will realize that it was never really about the food after all. You'll feel like you can trust your body to let you know what it needs, and you'll feel confident taking care of yourself in a way that feels nourishing, easy, and natural. You will feel a newfound or renewed respect for your body and all of the ways it affords you to fully engage in this one wild and precious life. You'll realize that the size and shape of your body is one of the least interesting things about you, in part because you will have the mental and physical energy to pursue and enjoy what really lights you up (because fretting over food really isn't it!) And finally, you'll feel a lot less stressed about the relationship between your weight and your health, and you'll feel confident as you navigate the world armed with a toolbox full of skills for managing those old, tired stories when they come up from within or anywhere else!
