You've spent a lifetime feeling like you have to control food or food will control you.  It's time to call BS on that tired story.

The billions dollar diet industry wants you to think your struggle to stick to a diet is a "you" problem.  I'm sick and tired of us accepting the cultural narrative that the solution lies in finding the right food plan, that weight determines health,  and that women should put off living their damn lives fully until they're "fixed."

I help women break free from the cycle of on-again-off-again dieting, stop relying on food to cope with stress and hard emotions, and end the constant battle between feeling "good" or "bad" about food, exercise,  and their bodies.

Here are  the secrets the diet/weight loss/fitness industries have tried to keep from you:

1. It's not your fault.  You're not flawed.

2. Health and happiness are not as tied to the number on the scale as you have been led to believe.

3. Everything you need has been in you all along.

We have over 200 scientific studies showing that women who embrace Intuitive Eating enjoy:

*Improved blood pressure

*Improved cholesterol levels

*Less depression and anxiety

*Improved self-esteem

*Lower BMI

And more!

When you are able to eat without all the drama and get dressed without all the feelings of defeat, you are able to see exercise (and lots of other areas of your life) through a whole new lens (aka--not take yourself so GD seriously).  That translates to having the space and grace to move your body in a way that feels fun and fulfilling.   I've got plans for changing the story women carry about exercise being a transactional pursuit and replacing it with a whole lotta moving and shaking that has zero to do with "fixing" ourselves.

Hi!  I'm Jill

I'm a different kind of health coach.

I practice the non-diet approach to health.  When you finish working with me, you will be able to say:

                      1. It can be easy to to care for my body and health.

                      2. I trust myself to make my own decisions about my nutrition

                           and exercise needs.

                      3. I feel good about my body and in my body.

Move Toward Trust

I get it.  You feel like you have two options:  get back on the wagon and be "good" or go "off the rails" and feel out of control with food.  And neither feels like a long-term solution.

There's another way! You can stop seeing foods as morally good or bad, eat what you want according to hunger and fullness instead of to cope with emotions, and never restrict food again.

Move Toward freedom

How would your  life be different if you didn't spend so much time, money and energy trying to "fix" your body through food?

Your future can include guilt-free dinner dates, stress free dressing for work, "lighter" mental load, and more time and energy to pursue the goals and dreams you really want to focus on.

Move Toward joy

Food and exercise can be simple.  But that doesn't mean getting there is easy.  Diet plans give us a black and white blueprint to follow with promises of everlasting health and happiness, and as humans we take comfort in the safety and predictability of a black and white plan.  But, the jig is up!  Diets are a temporary (at best) fix.  Together, we can wade into the gray area of learning to live, eat, and move your body without a rule book, and you can finally be free to flourish.
